We, family Pircher, own the Hotel Residence Amadeus*** and run this house personally. For three generations now we have exerted a lot of effort to turn the most beautiful hours of the year - your holiday - into an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to a ‘see you again soon’, or to a first ‘get to know you’, and want to show you what we picture with the conception “holiday in South Tyrol”, that’s why we are glad that you’ve decided to get to know us better and hope to come up to your expectations with our offer. We stay open all year round in the peaceful location in Seis on the Schlern Mount. Hereinafter we are trying to give you as much information as possible to ease your decision.

The new building (built in 2000) “Hotel Residence Amadeus***” is located on a peaceful site along the edge of a wood. The neighbourhood offers our guests the desired rest and relaxation in green scenery. The nearby village centre and characteristic shops are easy to reach, well kept trails take you to the surrounding castle ruins, a discotheque guarantees night entertainment, the new orbit Seis-Seiser Alp is only a 5-minute-walk away from the Hotel Residence Amadeus***; tennis courts, mini golf, bowling, swimming pools, climbing school and riding stable are all available nearby.

The house has 10 wonderful suites in natural wood, with an elegant coffee bar with terrace, to guarantee our guests a comfortable stay and to spoil them.

Single and double apartments, double apartments with double sanitary facilities, triple apartments with double sanitary facilities, quadruple apartment with double sanitary facilities as well as romantic double bedrooms with a big bathroom, balcony with table and chairs (if requested), & satellite TV. Each suite disposes of garage, elevator directly from the garage, habitable balconies, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kitchen stove with 2 elements & extraction hood, kitchenware, cutlery & plates for 6 people, two high-speed plates, autonomous temperature regulator (only during the winter months), phone, no carpets and safe. In the garden a barbecue is available. Breakfast can be ordered at the bar or directly via phone to the apartment.
